Opinnäytetyön aiheena oli tutkia esimerkkirakennuksen avulla 1800 - 1900-luvun vaihteen arkkitehtuurityylien soveltamista uudisrakennuksessa ja tavoitteena oli tuottaa erilaisia julkisivuvariaatioita sekä suunnitelmaselostus. Suunnittelu keskittyi julkisivuun ja huoneistot luonnosteltiin vain aukotuksen tutkimista varten. Työn pohjana on käytetty lähtötietomallia (Arkkigraf Oy). Mallintamiseen käytettiin Revit 2020 -ohjelmistoa. Ennen suunnittelun aloitusta, selvitettiin toimeksiantajan toiveet ja referenssit sekä asemakaava ja kaavaselostus. Luonnostelun lomassa kerättiin tietoa 1800 - 1900-luvun vaihteen arkkitehtuurista, mitä sitten hyödynnettiin suunnittelussa. Tavoitteena oli suunnitella nykyaikainen julkisivu, joka henkii historiaa. Lopputuloksena saatiin luonnostasoiset suunnitelmat, jotka sisältävät pohjapiirustukset, kolme erilaista julkisivuvariaatiota sisältäen piirustukset kaikista julkisivuista ja havainnekuvat sekä suunnitelmaselostus, joista muodostuu tämä opinnäytetyöraportti. ; The subject of the final project was to study with an example building, how to adapt 19th-20th century architectural styles to a new building. The aim was to produce different alternatives of facades and a design report. The planning was focused on façades and the apartments were sketched to study openings in exterior walls. A source data model by Arkkigraf Oy was used as a base for the work. 3D-modeling was made with Revit 2020 modeling program. Before starting the planning, the wishes and the references of the client along with town plan and plan specification were studied. While sketching, information about 19th-20th century architecture was gathered, which was later used in planning. The aim was to come up with a contemporary façade breathing history. The results of the thesis were sketches that included floor plans, three different façade alternatives with plans of all the facades and illustrations as well as a plan specification, which form this thesis report. |
