Modified Icepack v1.1.0 code used to produce the simulations presented in Plante et al. (2024). Modifications include: Added forcing from GEM atmospheric model. Added column that is initialised with data from SIMBA buoys. New diagnostics related to the ice mass balance. Added porosity criteria for the snow flooding parameterization in the mushy layer thermodynamics. Added free-board dependency for the snow flooding rates (mushy layer).
