Se presentan resultados que definen a la producción de leche en pastoreo intensivo de praderas cultivadas como alternativa para una ganadería competitiva y sostenible en el Altiplano Central de México. Se revisan resultados del efecto en los rendimientos de leche del tipo de pradera, el sistema de pastoreo y la respuesta a la suplementación con concentrados. ; Results that define the production of milk in intensive grazing of cultivated meadows are presented as an alternative to competitive and sustainable livestock farming in Mexico’s Latplanade Central. The results of the effect on milk yields of the type of grassland, the grazing system and the response to concentrate supplement are reviewed. |
