| الوصف: | Information technology (IT) has a very important role in all sectors of publiclife, one of which is in the process of financial/accounting transactions in a company.One of the companies which require the application of these accounting informationsystem is a UD. Rizky Assila Ulfa. This research aims to find out how much influencethe content, format, timeliness, accuracy, ease of use, the attitude of the staff applicationdevelopers and services provided, level of knowledge and engagement towards thesatisfaction of application users application usage quickbooks accounting system.Analytical techniques used is multiple linear regression analysis technique. The resultsof the analysis of research conducted with alpha 5% suggests that multiple linearregression analysis results simultaneously between the variable contents, format,timeliness, accuracy, ease of use, the attitude of the staff and services of the applicationdeveloper granted, the level of knowledge and the involvement of users of theapplication to the satisfaction of the application usage quickbooks accounting systemand simultaneously affect the satisfaction of application usage quickbooks accountingsystem. However partially variable contents, timeliness, and accuracy has no effectagainst the satisfaction of application usage quickbooks accounting system. While thevariable format, ease of use, and level of knowledge and the involvement of users of theapplication of the positive and significant effect against the satisfaction of applicationusage quickbooks accounting system and the attitude of the staff and services of theapplication developer given a negative and significant effect against the satisfaction ofapplication usage quickbooks accounting system.Key words: Content, format, timeliness, accuracy, ease of use, the attitude of the staffapplication developers and services provided, level of knowledge and involvement ofthe user application and the application usage satisfaction quickbooks accountingsystem.
