About this dataset: This dataset contains the thalamus microcircuitpublished through thepreprint Reconstruction and simulation of thalamoreticular microcircuitry The thalamus_microcircuit.zip dataset contains circuit files in SONATA format allowing to access the thalamus microcircuit using the Python library Blue Brain SNAP .Once downloaded, the circuitfiles can be used to analyze its properties, using e.g. these Blue Brain SNAP notebooks . |
