http://ci.nii.ac.jp/naid/130008009621 ; application/pdf ; 本研究では，災害拠点病院のない地域におけるARCSモデルに基づく災害看護研修の開催を試みたので報告をする．研修はインストラクショナルデザインのARCSモデルを参考に設計した．アンケートを用いた研修に対する評価では「災害時に活用できる情報が得られた」，「職場に伝達したい内容だった」の項目についてほとんどの参加者が「当てはまる」と回答しており，高い評価を得た．また参加者は研修を通して，自施設の課題を振り返る機会を得たことに加え，近隣の施設間での連携の必要性も実感していた．一方，災害看護に対する参加者のレディネスには個人差があり，学習ニーズについてもトリアージの実践や地域連携の在り方など多様であることが明確になった．引き続き地域の特性とニーズを考慮した研修を検討し，災害看護に関する現任教育支援について整備していく必要がある． ; In this study, we report a disaster nursing training based on the ARCS model in an area without a disaster base hospital. The design of the program was based on the ARCS model of instructional design. In the evaluation of the training using the questionnaire, most participants answered that "information that could be practically used in the event of a disaster was obtained" and that "the content was such that I wanted to communicate it to my workplace." was "applicable" and received high evaluation. Moreover, the training program accorded the participants the opportunity to reflect on the problems prevailing in their own facilities and realize the need to establish collaborative relationships with neighboring facilities. The study also identified that the participants varied individually in terms of their readiness for disaster training. The learning needs of the participants were also discrete with regard to aspects such as triage practices and the ways they could collaborate with their local communities. Training that accounts the characteristics and needs of the local community and in-service education support for disaster nursing should be developed. ; journal article |
