如今,"力量转移"成为人们观察世界发展趋势和中国转型动向的重要指标之一。因此,"力量转移"也应成为学界着重加以研究的一个重大现实问题。根据力量转移理论,自主创新能力既是中国产业升级和转型发展的强大"助推器",也是中国和平、中国崛起和实现中国梦的关键所在。这就需要领导者和决策者站得更高一些(战略性),看得更远一些(前瞻性),要有哲学上的全球视野、世界眼光和战略思维,掌握"力量转移"的主动权。 ; Violence,wealth and knowledge are three kinds of power in the process of human development,they coexist,work together,but have different proportion,influence and value. In general,the tendency of power transition is from "violence led"to "capital led"and then to "innovation ability led". This transition is both the inevitable result of the wide use of science and technology,and the inevitable developing trend of human society,and so is the internal requirement of human social history gradually moving towards the human itself. Reasonably grasp the tendency of power transition,building an innovative country,can enhance the social independent innovation ability,inspire everyone's creative potential,and determine the fate of China's future strategic issues,and so get a new opportunity to realize the Chinese dream. By the study of space-time background,the inner mechanism and the basic law of the power transition,we can grasp more clearly the world trend and the developing direction of Chinese transformation.
