| الوصف: | 报道1例柳氮磺吡啶致伴嗜酸粒细胞增多及系统症状药疹(DRESS)的患者.患者50岁,女性,口服柳氮磺吡啶2周后出现全身红斑、丘疹,伴发热、外周血嗜酸粒细胞升高、肝肾功能受损.依据欧洲严重皮肤不良反应登记处提出的DRESS评分系统,患者被确诊为DRESS,并经系统糖皮质激素等治疗后痊愈.同时,该文对该病的诊断治疗进行了相关文献复习. ; A case of drug rash with eosinophilia and systemic symptoms(DRESS) induced by sulfasalazine is reported. A 50-year-old female presented maculopapular rash, fever, hypereosinophilia, liver and renal dysfunction after had been taking sulfasalazine for two weeks. Based on the scoring system for DRESS by RegiSCAR, DRESS was diagnosed. After treating with systemic steroids and other medicines, the patient was cured. Meanwhile, the literatures on the diagnosis and treatment of DRESS is reviewed. ; 1 ; 15-18 ; 10 |
