| الوصف: | La investigación biomédica evoluciona permanentemente, pero ha sido en los últimos 50 años que se ha incrementado el trabajo transdisciplinario; y los estudios multicéntricos y poblacionales que incluyen las ciencias sociales. Se busca asegurar la protección de los participantes en los proyectos de investigación, antes, durante y después del proceso. Si bien en Alemania desde 1900 ya existía una legislación que protegía a los sujetos de investigación; durante el régimen nazi se comenzaron a realizar experimentos no éticos con los prisioneros de guerra.
