The training of professionals in Cuba enunciates epistemic and praxiological transformations that certify the association of the clinical-epidemiological method with the qualified medical exercise. A descriptive, observational and retrospective study was carried out during the 2017-2018 academic year to evaluate the application of the referred method in the training of 73 medical interns in the care of patients with arbovirosis. It was shown that the limitations of the application of the allusive method had an impact on the making of medical decisions that were similar to the recognition of patients with comorbidities, showing the need to systematize the holistic-clinicalclinical system - assistance during this training process. ; La formación de profesionales en Cuba enuncia transformaciones epistémicas y praxiológicas que certifican la asociación del método clínico epidemiológico con el ejercicio médico calificado. Se realizó un estudio descriptivo, observacional y retrospectivo durante el curso 2017-2018 para evaluar la aplicación del referido método en la formación de 73 internos de Medicina en la atención al paciente con arbovirosis. Se demostró que las limitaciones de la aplicación del método alusivo repercutieron en la toma de decisiones médicas aparejado al reconocimiento de pacientes con comorbilidades exhibiéndose la necesidad de sistematizar la práctica-holística-clínicoasistencial durante este proceso formativo. |
