This research project proposed the design of a methodological guide to make non-fiction transmedia and multiscreen audiovisuals, a document that guides the process of creation, navigation and interaction of projects in media ecosystems. The methodology used in the research project is qualitative based on an action-research design. In the observing phase, a documentary review was carried out in other guides and academic documents, likewise, a diagnosis of transmedia production in the country was made until the year 2020. In the thinking phase, in-depth interviews were conducted with filmmakers of the transmedia projects and two qualitative analysis matrices were established to determine the characteristics that the guide should have. Finally, in the acting phase, we proceeded with the design of the non-fiction transmedia architecture. The results obtained allowed the construction of a guide in which aspects such as narrative, audiences, experiences, platforms, dissemination and planning are considered. This guide also contains a design template through which people can fill out the different fields according to the characteristics of each project, thus being an input for the methodological proposal proposed for the creation of expanded projects. ; El presente proyecto de investigación planteó el diseño de una guía metodológica para realizar audiovisuales transmedia y multipantalla de no ficción, un documento que oriente sobre el proceso de creación, navegación e interacción de proyectos en ecosistemas mediáticos. La metodología empleada en el proyecto de investigación es de tipo cualitativa a partir de un diseño de investigación- acción.
