الوصف:	The introduction of endoscopy into middle ear has open up new opportunities for minimal invasive temporal bone surgery. The present study was planned to compare anatomical and functional outcome in patients who underwent endoscope assisted tympanoplasty using cartilage and temporalis fascia graft.
