The bosentan is a dual antagonist drug of endothelia receptors that decreases systemic vascular resistance and is considered as adjuvant for more effective granulation of chronic wounds. The objective of this clinical case was to describe how the compassionate use of this drug in a pressure ulcer; through a plan of care, according to the NANDA-NOC-NIC methodology, and the accomplishment of cures with products of humid environment, manages to improve the cicatrization in support to the nursing planning in the healing of chronic wounds. ; El bosentán es un fármaco antagonista dual de receptores de endotelina, que disminuye la resistencia vascular sistémica y que se está considerado como adyuvante para una granulación más efectiva de heridas crónicas. El objetivo de este caso clínico fue describir, como el uso compasivo de este fármaco en una úlcera por presión, a través de un plan de cuidados según la metodología NANDA-NOC-NIC y la realización de curas con productos de ambiente húmedo, logra mejorar la cicatrización, en apoyo a la planificación de enfermería en la curación de heridas crónicas.
