The present investigation objective is to evaluate the efficiency of two Trichoderma-based products applying 3 doses in order to control leaf spot (Cercospora coffeicola), in coffe plants (Coffea con ephora) Sturdy type in the nursery in Francisco de Orellana contón, Orellana province. Completely randomized blockc with three replications and control were used for the statistical design. The variation coeffient was expressed by means of percentages, and Tukey test was carried out in a 5 %. The as follow: Custom Gp got best number of healthy leaves with 6.78 Trykofum got the high number of damaged leaves with 2.56. The best percentage of healthy leaves Gp with 80-67%, disease incidence was presented was presented in a 1.73 value means that plants were resisting to the disease, Custom Gp presented the best bushy of a plant with a 2.22 value as in interaction Custom presented the highest cost of production in low, médium and high dose with 22.50 USD, while the control treatment presented a low cost of production with 00.00 USD, the highest net benefit was gatten by Custom in high dose with 1103.40, the lowest net presented the control with 776.44; the marginal return rate calculated 13.64 that each dollar invested in the new treatment and an additional refund of 0.14 can be recovered by the coffee grower ; La presente investigación propone: Evaluar la eficacia de dos productos a base de Trichoderma en tres dosis de aplicación para el control de mancha de hierro (Cercospora coffeicola), en plantas de café (Coffea canephora) variedad Robusta a nivel de vivero, en el cantón Francisco de Orellana, provincia de Orellana. Para el diseño estadístico se utilizó bloques completos al azar, con tres repeticiones y testigo. El coeficiente de variación se expresó en porcentaje y se realizó la prueba de Tukey al 5%. Resultado que: El mejor número de hojas sanas lo presentó Custom GP con 6.78; el mayor número de hojas atacadas lo presentó Trikofum con 2.56.
