| الوصف: | The article includes a study devoted to the valence of constitutional jurisprudence as a source of law. Such important aspects as: the competences of the Constitutional Court, the role of the Court in the legislative process, the value of jurisprudence and constitutional jurisprudence as sources of law, the legal effects and the execution of the acts of the Constitutional Court are pointed out. As a result of the comparative analysis of the legal provisions regulating the competence of the Court and its jurisprudence, in which the normative character of the acts of constitutional justice is recognized, the author concludes that the Court#39;s jurisprudence does not represent a source of law in our legal system. ; Articolul cuprinde un studiu consacrat valenței jurisprudenței constituționale ca izvor de drept. Sunt punctate asemenea aspecte importante precum: competențele Curții constituționale, rolul Curții în procesul legislativ, valoarea jurisprudenței și a jurisprudenței constituționale ca izvoare de drept, efectele juridice și executarea actelor Curții Constituționale. În rezultatul analizei comparative a prevederilor legale ce reglementează competența Curții și a jurisprudenței acestei, în care este recunoscută caracterul normativ al actelor justiției constituționale, autorul concluzionează că jurisprudența Curții nu reprezintă izvor de drept în sistemul nostru de drept. ; L#39;article contient une étude consacrée à la valence de la jurisprudence constitutionnelle en tant que source du droit.
