Pharmacie ; La thyroïde est une glande endocrinienne qui synthétise les hormones thyroïdiennes (HT) responsables du métabolisme de base. L’hyperthyroïdie correspond à une augmentation de la synthèse d’HT et l’hypothyroïdie à une diminution ou absence de synthèse d’HT. En 2017, le changement de formule du Levothyrox® (traitement de choix de l’hypothyroïdie) fait grand bruit suite aux nombreux signalements d’effets indésirables. Or, le pharmacien d’officine doit s’assurer du bon déroulement du traitement et pouvoir répondre aux interrogations du patient. Cette thèse répertorie les conseils essentiels à donner (hygiéno-diététiques et associés) et rappelle les interactions médicamenteuses. Un questionnaire distribué à des patients déjà sous traitement permettra également de mettre en évidence les attentes du patient et l’on s’interrogera sur la place du pharmacien d’officine dans le dépistage des pathologies thyroïdiennes. ; The thyroid is an endocrine gland that produces thyroid hormones (TH) to regulate all the functions of the organism. Hyperthyroidism is an increase in HT production and hypothyroidism a reduction or absence of HT production. In 2017, the composition of Levothyrox® (treatment of choice for hypothyroidism) is changed and a scandal began following numerous reports of unpleasant side effects. The pharmacist is responsible of the treatment adherence and must be able to answer the patient's questions. This work lists the essential advice to give (hygiene-dietary and associated) and recalls drug interactions. A questionnaire for patients already under treatment will also highlight the patient's expectations and we will question the role of the pharmacist in the detection of thyroid pathologies. ; Thèses et écrits académiques |
