A 3-month-old female patient with a history of a 38-year-old mother who presented a threatened abortion in the first trimester of pregnancy and low insertion of the placenta. Assessed by Genetics and Orthopedics for polymalformations of the four extremities, she shows typical lesions of the amniotic band sequence such as finger amputations and constriction rings. ; Paciente femenina de 3 meses de nacida, con antecedentes de madre de 38 años que presentó amenaza de aborto en el primer trimestre del embarazo y baja inserción de la placenta. Valorada por Genética y Ortopedia por polimalformaciones de las cuatro extremidades, muestra lesiones típicas de la secuencia de bandas amnióticas como amputaciones de dedos y anillos de constricción |
