| الوصف: | Prema dosadašnjem dizajnu tržišta električne energije, uloga potrošača ostvarena je kroz njegovu jednodimenzionalnost. Potrošači su do sada bili pasivni sudionici sustava. Prijelaz s tradicionalne politike EES-a na novu, energetsku politiku definiranu „Zimskim energetskim paketom“ mijenja ulogu potrošača, što zahtijeva otključavanje novih izvora fleksibilnosti na distribucijskoj razini. Potrošač ostvaruje dvije dimenzije (prodaja fleksibilnosti i potrošnja), tj. mijenja se njegov angažman unutar distribucijskog sustava te on postaje ravnopravni sudionik na tržištu električne energije. Ti su korisnici obično premale ekonomske veličine da bi ostvarili adekvatnu konkurentnost i poziciju na tržištu električne energije. Potiče se udruživanje te se na taj način stvara agregacija korisnika distribucijskog sustava. U radu se analizira agregator dPUF-ova, modeli agregatora i njihova implementacija na tržište električne energije te na tržište uravnoteženja. Kroz konceptualni pristup svakom modelu objašnjena je kompatibilnost pojedinog modela s trenutnim uređenjem EES-a. ; According to the current electricity market design, users´ roles have been set through its one-dimensionality. Users have so far been known as passive participants of the whole system. The transition from the traditional power system policy to the new, energetic policy defined by the Energy Winter Package is changing the user´s role, which demands revealing of the new flexibility sources at the distribution level. The user achieves two dimensions (the sale of flexibility and consumption). In other words, the user´s engagement inside the distribution sytem is changing and he is becoming an equal participant on the electricity market. Users´ economic values are usually too small to achieve appropriate competitiveness and position on the electricity market.
