| الوصف: | La tesi affronta l'analisi del termine professionalità nell'eterogeneità di significati che assume negli statuti disciplinari dell'economia e della psicologia e quella più strettamente giuridica del rapporto tra professionalità, lavoro e formazione professionale. Essa affronta altresì l'indagine sul trattamento giuridico della professionalità nel contratto di lavoro e sui rimedi contro l'uso illegittimo dello ius variandi del datore di lavoro disciplinato dall'art. 2103 c.c. ; The Ph. D. thesis deepens the analysis of the notion known as "professionalism", in the various context where it can be found out, from the economic matter to the psychological science, with a particular focus on the meaning of the afore-mentioned notion from a law standpoint and the relevant relationship between "Professionalism"", work and training. It also handles the law perspective to "Professionalism" within the context of the employment contract and on the remedies against an unlawful use of the so called "ius variandi" set forth by article 2103 of the Italian Civil Code |
