| الوصف: | 目的：探讨改良吸痰方法在ICU内对呼吸机相关肺炎预防的效果，与常规吸痰法 相比，对VAP发生率、死亡率、机械通气时间等方面的影响。 方法：ICU内气管插管符合实验标准的患者，分组采用方便抽样的方法，按照时 间先后顺序分成两组，对照组是从2013年1月到2013年12月，收录55例，采 用先吸气管套管后口鼻腔分泌物的常规吸痰法。实验组是2014年1月到12月， 收录56例，采用先吸口鼻腔后吸气管套管内分泌物的改良吸痰法。同时，其余 常规的护理方法相同。 结果：改良吸痰法组感染VAP有4例，发生率为7.14%，常规吸痰法的感染VAP 有11例，发生率为20.00%，χ²=. ; Objective：To explore the Preventive effect of Interventions of improved suction method to patients with ventilator-associated pneumonia in ICU , and compare with conventional suction method in VAP incidence, mortality, duration of mechanical ventilation, etc. Methods:Patients with endotracheal intubation in ICU who conforms to the experimental standards are. ; 学位：医学硕士 ; 院系专业：医学院_护理学 ; 学号：24520121153117 |
