| الوصف: | Contextualization: Social rights are positive, universal, and enforceable rights, linked to the principles of equality and non-discrimination. The effectiveness of social rights, therefore, depends on the reduction of poverty and economic disparity among peoples. With the worsening climate crisis, social rights have acquired new normative content, stemming from their intersection with the sustainable development paradigm. Objective: To elucidate the normative effervescence in the development of social rights, as well as their connection to new concepts and models of legal effectiveness on the international stage. Method: The study will adopt a qualitative research method with an inductive approach. Results: The study proposes that institutional reforms in the global and supranational human rights systems, currently under discussion, particularly by the doctrine of cosmopolitan law, are fundamental for the guarantee of social rights and the objectives of the United Nations Agenda 2030. ; Contextualización: Los derechos sociales son derechos positivos, universales y exigibles, vinculados a los principios de igualdad y no discriminación. Por lo tanto, la efectividad de los derechos sociales depende de la reducción de la pobreza y de la disparidad económica entre los pueblos. Con el agravamiento de la crisis climática, los derechos sociales han adquirido un nuevo contenido normativo, a partir de su intersección con el paradigma del desarrollo sostenible. Objetivo: Explicitar la efervescencia normativa del desarrollo de los derechos sociales, así como su conexión con nuevos conceptos y modelos de efectividad jurídica en el plano internacional. Metodogía: El estudio adoptará un método de investigación cualitativa con un enfoque inductivo.
