| الوصف: | El presente texto se inscribe en el contexto de las bandas musicales de Medellín, Colombia, durante las primeras dos décadas del siglo XXI. En específico, narra aspectos históricos de la conformación e impacto musical y social de Medellín Gran Banda, fundada y dirigida por el abogado y músico Robinson Zapata Velásquez. El estudio de su conformación, impacto e influencia se realiza a partir de los testimonios orales de cinco de los protagonistas del tema a estudiar. Con ello, se pretende documentar los aportes de Zapata y valorar conceptualmente su influencia en la diversificación del medio bandístico de su ciudad. Finalmente, la investigación rinde homenaje a Robinson, quien falleció tempranamente en el año 2021. ; This text is situated within the context of the music bands of Medellin during the first two decades of the 21st century, specifically narrating historical aspects of the formation, musical and social impact of the Gran Banda Drum and Buggle Corps, founded and directed by the lawyer and musician Robinson Zapata Velásquez. The study of its formation, impact, and influence is carried out based on oral testimonies from five key figures involved in the topic to be studied. The aim is to document Zapata's contributions and conceptually evaluate his influence on the diversification of the band scene in his city. Finally, this research pays tribute to Robinson, who died prematurely in 2021. |
