| الوصف: | the objective to propose a methodological route for the management of sexuality education for schoolchildren from primary and secondary education institutions, using the elements of strategic planning. Qualitative study, systematization type, in which 19 teachers who executed the educational project participated at an institution located in Bello-Colombia with semi-structured interviews and focus groups. In the construction of the timeline, three phases were identified: the strategic planning phase, which started from the formation of the management group of the educational project, analysis of the contexts, design of objectives, goals and strategies, and finally legitimizing the proposal with the academic community; the execution phase involved the management of agreements, teacher training and didactic planning; and the evaluation phase served to provide feedback on the educational process. Sexuality education is a complex process that requires strategic planning, in such a way that from the reading of the political, social and cultural contexts, training needs are identified, resources are managed, alliances and synergies are created with other social and professional sectors to address sexuality education in its entirety and in harmony with the uniqueness of the subjects in training. ; El objetivo de la investigación fue proponer una ruta metodológica para la gestión de la educación sexual de las/los escolares de instituciones de educación primaria y secundaria, utilizando los elementos de la planeación estratégica. La metodología fue de estudio cualitativo, tipo sistematización, en el cual participaron 19 docentes ejecutores del proyecto educativo en una institución ubicada en Bello, Colombia, con entrevistas semiestructuradas y grupos focales.
