| الوصف: | يهدف هذا البحث إلى تعرف درجة امتلاك معلمي العلوم الممارسات العلميّة والهندسيّة في التعليم من وجهة نظر مشرفي العلوم في محافظة العاصمة عمّان، ولتحقيق هدف الدراسة أعدّ الباحث استبانة اشتملت على ثمانية معايير لتحقيق الممارسات العلميّة والهندسيّة في التعليم، وتضمّنتِ الاستبانة (26) بنداً. وبعد التأكد من صدق الاستبانة وثباتها البالغ (0.81) طبّقها الباحث على عيّنة الدراسة التي شملت (42) مشرفًا في محافظة العاصمة عمّان، ثمّ حلل البيانات التي تم الحصول عليها باستخدام الأساليب الإحصائيّة المناسبة. وقد توصّلت الدّراسة الإحصائيّة إلى أنّ درجة امتلاك معلمي العلوم للممارسات العلميّة والهندسيّة في التعليم من وجهة نظر مشرفي العلوم في محافظة العاصمة عمّان كانت بدرجة متوسّطة (2.23)، وفي ضوء النّتائج أوصى البحث بجملة من التوصيات منها: نشر ثقافة (NGSS) بين معلمي العلوم، وتوعيتهم بأهميّة الالتحاق بالدورات التدريبيّة لصقل مهاراتهم التدريسيّة. بالإضافة لعقد دورات تدريبيّة وورش عمل لتطوير الممارسات العلميّة والهندسيّة لمعلمي العلوم. The aim of this research is to recognize the possession degree of scientific and engineering practices by science teachers in education from the perspective of science supervisors at Amman governorate. To fulfill the goal of the study, the researcher designed a questionnaire on eight standards to achieve scientific and engineering practices in teacher – related education. The questionnaire included (26) items. After confirming the validity and reliability of the questionnaire, which reached (0.81), the researcher applied it to the study sample, which consisted of (42) supervisors in Amman governorate, and this was followed by an analysis of data obtained using appropriate statistical methods. The statistical analysis concluded that the possession degree of scientific and engineering practices by science teachers was moderate (2.23). In light of the results obtained, the research reached the following recommendations: first disseminating the (NGSS(literacy among science teachers.
