Radomír Ščurek, Ph.D. Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na problematiku provozování detektivních služeb v Ostravském regionu. První část práce popisuje soukromé detektivní služby. Jsou zde uvedeny právní aspekty týkající se detektivních služeb, potřebná odborná způsobilost soukromých detektivů, metody a postupy detektivních služeb. Závěr této části jsem věnoval spolupráci Visegrádské čtyřky v oblasti soukromých detektivních služeb.
