The article is presented the analysis of the dynamics and structure of budgetary expenditures in the Republic of Moldova, as well as those stipulated in the state budget for the year 2016, to see to what extent the allocation of public resources is responsible for meeting the needs of public goods and services and covers the demand for utilities that comes from citizens, and to what extent they respond to certain performance criteria. |
