| الوصف: | Sabun, asırlardır insanlar tarafından kullanılmış dünyanın en eski tedavi ve temizlik malzemelerinden olmuştur. Değişen yaşam koşulları ve teknolojideki ilerlemelere bağlı olarak sabuna alternatif pek çok ürün ortaya konmuş, sabun yapım teknikleri de oldukça değişmiştir. Buna karşılık sabun hala en fazla kullanılan tuvalet malzemesi olarak varlığını korumuştur. Öte yandan geleneksel sabun çeşitleri için aynı durumu söylemek güçtür. Geleneksel üretim yöntemlerinin zahmetli olması, doğal malzemelere erişim güçlüğü, erişilse de pahalı oluşu bu tipte sabunların üretimini önemli ölçüde geriletmiştir. Endüstriyel sabunların çok daha ucuz ve de yaygın olmasıyla da maliyeti daha yüksek olan geleneksel sabunların pazar paylarının daralması bu ürün grubuna özellikle eğilinmesini gerektirmiştir. Bu çalışmada da Türkiye’de asırlardır üretilmekte olan karakteristik Türk sabunlarının yapım aşamaları, sektörel durum ve bu konuda yapılması gerekenler ele alınmıştır. Aynı zamanda bu gruptaki ürünlerin coğrafi işaret kapsamına alınarak bu noktada uygulamanın gereklerinin yerine getirilmesi (Etiketleme, standardizasyon, denetim gibi) konusu da ayrıca ele alınmıştır ; Soap has been one of the oldest treatment and cleaning materials in the world that has been used by people for centuries. Due to changing living conditions and advances in technology, many alternative products have been introduced and soap making techniques have changed considerably. In contrast to this, soap still remained the most commonly used toilet material. On the other hand, it is difficult to say the same for traditional soap types. The laborious traditional production methods, the difficulty of access to natural materials, and the cost of access to these materials have significantly reduced the production of soaps of this type. The fact that industrial soaps are much cheaper and widespread and the narrowing of the market shares of traditional soaps, which cost more, required a special emphasis on this product group.
