DOI:10.1590/2179-8966/2020/50211ResumoO presente artigo realiza, por meio de dados documentais e de análise de discurso, a crítica dos votos dos Ministros do STF nas ações de controle de constitucionalidade sobre direitos homossexuais, tendo por hipótese que dada a tradição liberal do nosso sistema jurídico, as pautas de direitos homossexuais são absorvidas pela hegemonia liberal, colonizando e domesticando os discursos críticos e anulando as divergências e a pluralidade das pautas homossexuais.Palavras-chave: Hegemonia liberal; Direitos homossexuais; Supremo Tribunal Federal. AbstractThis article conducts, through documentary data and discourse analysis, the criticism of the votes of the STF Ministers in the actions of constitutionality control over homosexual rights, assuming that given the liberal tradition of our legal system, the guidelines of homosexual rights are absorbed by the liberal hegemony, colonizing and domesticating critical discourses and nullifying the divergences and plurality of homosexual agendas.Keywords: Liberal hegemony; Homosexual rights; Supremo Tribunal Federal. |
