| الوصف: | This article does a balance about what implies the Communication Networks for Social Change (RCCS) as a scenario for the construction of peace and the management of conflicts in the territories. This balance is made to identify what a network is and a communicative network of this nature, the relations between the RCCS and the social fabric, the importance of this Network for democratic peace, peace assumed as a social construction and for collective managementb of the conflicts in the territories, the constitution of active citizenships in the network, the social empowerment in this scenario and the power of the network itself. This balance is made based on the participatory research process carried out in Yondó, Antioquia over two years, with social leaders linked to various social organizations. Yondó is a territory where the armed conflict in Colombia took place and it was there that the Citizen Network for Peace in Yondó was established. In the end, it is concluded that these RCCS are a possibility of building a community based on the dialogue of knowledge and direct dialogue between the subjects, especially when they have the objective of building peace, as a public good, by making it part of the community public sphere. ; En este artículo se hace un balance de lo que implican las Redes de Comunicación para el Cambio Social (RCCS) como escenario para la construcción de la paz y la gestión de los conflictos en los territorios. Este balance se hace identificando lo que es una red y una red comunicativa de esta naturaleza, las relaciones entre la RCCS y el tejido social, la importancia de esta Red para la paz democrática, la paz asumida como una construcción social y para el manejo colectivo de los conflictos en los territorios, la constitución de ciudadanías activas en la red, el empoderamiento social en este escenario y el poder de la red misma.
