| الوصف: | The effects of density, volume of the container, diet and temperature on the growth of juvenile and postmetamorphicindividuáis of Concholepas concholepas under laboratory conditions were studied. The effect of density was studied on 80individuáis of 6 to 12 mm of peristomal length, kept between may and august 1990, at three different densities (0.005; 0.010and 0.020 individuáis cm2). The volume effect was studied on 20 juveniles between 5.0 and 5.8 mm of peristomal length, keptbetween april and july 1991, in containers of different size (0.3 to 2.01). The diet effect was investigated on 35 individuáis ofC. concholepas between 6 and 12 mm of peristomal length fed on 3 monospecific and 4 mixed diets made out off three preyspecies (Semimytilus algosus, Perumytilus purpuratus and Balanus laevis). The effects of temperature on both growth andenergetic balance were investigated on three groups of postmetamorphic individuáis. The firts one was obtained by naturalmetamorphosis, the second one by induced metamorphosis and the last one was recolected from the intertidal zone. ; Se estudiaron los efectos de la densidad (número de ejemplares por acuario), del volumen de agua del recipiente, de la dieta y la temperatura en el crecimiento de ejemplares postmetamórficos y juveniles de Concholepas concholepas en condiciones de laboratorio. El efecto de la densidad fue estudiado entre marzo y junio de 1990 en 80 juveniles entre 6 y 12 mm de longitud peristomal, mantenidos a tres densidades (0,005; 0,010 y 0,020 "locos" cm'2). El efecto del volumen fue estudiado utilizando 20 animales entre 5 y 9,8 mm de longitud peristomal, mantenidos individualmente en recipientes de distinto tamaño (0,3 a 2,0 1). El efecto de la dieta en el crecimiento fue estudiado en 35 ejemplares de C. concholepas entre 6 y 12 mm de longitud peristomal alimentados con dietas monoespecíficas y mixtas de tres tipos de presas (Semimytilus algosus, Perumytilus purpuratus y Balanus laevis).
