| الوصف: | According to the speeches and the representations, all the troubles of the Lebanese capital would find their origin in the growth of the town realized during the war (1975-1990). If this point of view reassures, its confrontation to archives, cartographic in particular, shows that, dices the beginning of 1960s, the villages of the neighbourhood of Beirut had widely gone out of their former city centre. This representation of the city is also mobilized to legitimize projects of reform which would be to balance the tensions and reduce the gaps between the current situation and that it could be. ; Suivant les discours et les représentations, tous les maux de la capitale libanaise trouveraient leur origine dans la croissance de l'agglomération réalisée durant la guerre (1975-1990). Si ce point de vue rassure, sa confrontation aux sources, cartographiques en particulier, montre que, dés le début des années 1960, les villages des environs de Beyrouth étaient largement sortis de leurs noyaux anciens. Cette représentation de la ville est aussi mobilisée pour légitimer des projets de réforme qui seraient à même d'équilibrer les tensions et de réduire les décalages entre la situation actuelle et ce qu'elle pourrait être. |
