In de pilot stagejobcoach werden leerlingen uit het Voortgezet Speciaal Onderwijs en het Praktijkonderwijs tijdens de stageperiode begeleid door een stagejobcoach. De stagejobcoach zou de overgang van school naar werk voor deze jongeren vergemakkelijken. Uit de evaluatie van de pilot blijkt dat de inzet van de stagejobcoach niet zorgt voor een groter aantal leerlingen dat hun stage volledig doorloopt. De stagejobcoach heeft wel effect op de wijze waarop de stages verlopen. Met inzet van een stagejobcoach verlopen de stages over het algemeen namelijk probleemlozer. Ook blijkt dat de inzet van de stagejobcoach een positief effect heeft op het aantal leerlingen dat uitstroomt naar reguliere arbeid, dit geldt in het bijzonder voor leerlingen van VSO cluster 3 scholen. ; In the pilot traineeship job coach, students from the Continued Special Education and Practice Education were accompanied during the traineeship period by a traineeship job coach. The traineeship job coach would facilitate the transition from school to work for these young people. The evaluation of the pilot shows that the deployment of the trainee job coach does not increase the number of students who complete their traineeship. However, the traineeship coach has an impact on the way in which the traineeships take place. As a general rule, traineeships take place with the help of a traineeship job coach. It also appears that the use of the traineeship job coach has a positive impact on the number of pupils moving to regular employment, in particular for pupils from VSO cluster 3 schools. |
