| الوصف: | In this paper we analyze the impact of the conciliar debates about the religious freedom in Spain during the last years of Franco’s dictatorship. The intention is to focus on the significance of legalizing a civil right to religious freedom for the process of democratization of the regime and for the evolution of Church-State relations in Spain, after Franco’s death. |
