| الوصف: | 碩士 ; 國立政治大學 ; 社會學系 ; 102254013 ; 近年來，台灣各縣市興起一股青年編辦地方刊物的風潮，從最北的基隆一直 到最南端的屏東甚至外島，都可見到這些地方刊物的蹤影。事實上，台灣早在七 O 年代與九O 年代時，也曾出現過發行社區報、地方報的風潮，不過本文認為 相較於過去是國家為了鞏固其統治正當性與建構國族主義的意識形態而鼓勵發 行社區報，現今所出現的地方刊物反而與當前整體台灣青年勞動市場的崩壞有著 更多的「選擇性親近」。本文即是以此為出發點，透過深度訪談法、焦點團體法 試圖與強調文化工作自我剝削之特性的治理術取徑對話，探討出版地方刊物作為 一種文化工作，其工作者對於自身勞動的認知。 本文發現，台灣青年勞動市場的全面性崩壞確實讓許多青年勞工產生逃離資 本主義勞動體制的念頭。不過真正使得他們成為一名自雇型文化工作者的關鍵卻 是在於同儕網絡、相關政策以及自身所擁有的各式資本。此外，這群從事地方刊 物的出版工作者在勞動過程中，也未必如同治理術取徑所認為的，是一個被規訓 與充滿自我剝削的客體，勞動過程中的自我實現也不僅是個人發揮了多少創意與 潛能，更多的是感受到那些因為自身勞動而有所改變的人、事、物。最後，讓地 方刊物出版工作者願意持續投入工作的關鍵除了對於地方的情感與認同外，「地 方回饋」同樣在這當中扮演了相當重要的角色。 ; With the fervency created by the youths across Taiwan participating in community publications, all kinds of community publications are available everywhere in Taiwan from Keelung, the northernmost city in Taiwan, to Pingtung, the southernmost county in Taiwan and in all offshore islands. Actually, community publications and community newspapers were extremely popular in the 1970s and in the 1990s, respectively. However, the author has noted that community newspapers in the early days were supported by the government in an attempt to strengthen the government’s legitimacy and to promote ideology such as nationalism whereas today’s community publications stress “elective affinity” at the time that the youth labor market continues to deteriorate. With the Elective Affinity as a starting point, the author has conversed with governmentality using in-depth interviews and focus-group interviews with emphasis on the self-exploiting attribute of cultural work alleged by governmentality, attempting to find out how youths perceive their endeavors at the time that community publications are construed as a cultural work. The author has found that the deterioration of youth labor market has caused many youth labors to shy away from the labor system dominated by capitalism.
