| الوصف: | This is a reflection article that suggests a change in the role of the social communicator regarding his/her role within the organizations by highlighting his/her professional competences, qualities, and capacities. This proposal aims that this professional responds to the new needs of the organizational context and contributes to complex societies. This way, by updating and establishing specific characteristics and abilities of the organizational communicator (as will be called in this article), we suggest a set of competences that influence such specification and that can contribute to strengthen the role and profile of this professional within the society. ; Este artículo propone un perfil del comunicador social haciendo énfasis en el papel que ejerce dentro y para las organizaciones y destacando las competencias, cualidades y capacidades profesionales. Esta propuesta busca que este profesional responda a las nuevas necesidades del contexto organizacional y contribuya a una sociedad tan compleja como la colombiana. De esta manera, buscando actualizar y establecer las características y habilidades específicas del comunicador organizacional o en las organizaciones —como se denominará en este trabajo—, se plantean un conjunto de competencias que inciden en dicha especificidad y que pueden contribuir a fortalecer el papel y perfil de este profesional en la sociedad. |
