| الوصف: | The article is devoted to an overview of the basic principles of termination of employment in the Czech Republic in terms of regulating the procedure for termination of these relations. Attention is paid to the settlement of the dismissal notice. The possible negative consequences of non-compliance with the statutory requirement for the written form of such a warning are considered in detail. It is noticed on those moments which are possible for borrowing by the Ukrainian labor legislation at perfection of legal regulation of the termination of the investigated relations. ; Стаття присвячена огляду основних засад припинення трудових правовідносин в Чехії в частині врегулювання процедури припинення цих відносин. Увага приділена врегулюванню попередження про звільнення. Детально розглянуто можливі негативні наслідки недотримання законом встановленої вимоги про письмову форму такого попередження. Зауважено на тих моментах, які можливі для запозичення українським трудовим законодавством при вдосконаленні правового регулювання припинення досліджуваних відносин |
