| الوصف: | This article is based on the research project “Impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic and confinement on female researchers in the Social Sciences area of the University of Granada from a gender perspective” (2021/GR/UIG/000001). This study used a qualitative method, with an in-depth and semi-structured interviews to focus on the results obtained on the emotional impact, showing the different repercussions according to the different situations; the conciliation, concluding that the transformations of the spaces and of the time that telework supposed, have been negative; and care tasks, in which feminist practices have been incorporated to alleviate inequalities. ; A partir del proyecto de investigación “Impactos de la pandemia por la COVID-19 y el confinamiento en las investigadoras del área de Ciencias Sociales de la Universidad de Granada desde la perspectiva de género” (2021/GR/UIG/000001) que utiliza el método cualitativo, con entrevistas en profundidad y semiestructuradas, nos centramos en los resultados obtenidos sobre el impacto emocional, mostrando las diferentes repercusiones según las distintas situaciones; la conciliación, concluyendo que las transformaciones de los espacios y del tiempo que supuso el teletrabajo, han sido negativas; y las tareas de cuidado, en las que se han incorporado prácticas feministas para paliar las desigualdades. |
