الوصف: | This research presents an analysis based on field research and data collection on the subjective perception of user comfort inside municipal public transport vehicles on the paths from street Vale Machado to UFSM and also from UFSM to street Vale Machado. The routes were chosen because it is one of the main ones in the city of Santa Maria-RS, since a large number of academics use this means of transportation to attend the university. The functional evaluation of pavements is a complex methodology that requires great technical dedication and mobilization of equipment for the field in order to be carried out properly. This condition also brings with it a high cost and long-term planning, since for the IRI survey, for example, it is necessary that an escort from the municipal transit department be activated in order to obtain reliable results in the surveys with the inertial profilometer. Given this premise, the purpose of this work is to evaluate the possibility of using user satisfaction collection systems to measure the quality of the road in a more simplified method, correlating it with the comfort generated for the passenger. For this, the methodology that stood out was the CSAT, called Customer Satisfaction Score, which can be applied using digital forms in order to facilitate the collection and bring greater practicality. The results obtained in the CSAT collection were also compared with vertical accelerations measured with the help of smartphones to verify their correlation and also explain phenomena such as the discrepancy of results depending on the position in which the passenger is in the vehicle. ; Este trabalho apresenta uma análise baseada em pesquisa de campo e coleta de dados sobre a percepção subjetiva de conforto do usuário dentro de veículos do transporte público municipal nos trajetos da rua Vale Machado até a UFSM e também da UFSM até a rua Vale Machado.
