| الوصف: | هذه الدراسة تواصل تعميق ابحاثنا حول السجل العقاري بالوسط الشرقي و المزاق في إفريقيا البروقنصلية. حيث تهتم بدارسة الآثار المؤكدة للتقسيم حولهدروماتوم. يهتم الجزء الأول بحدود التقسيم وآثار الوحدات داخله وأسباب وتاريخ هذا التقسيم.أما الجزء الثاني فنطرح من خلاله تساؤلا حول ملكية الأرض في هذا الجزء من الممتلكات الإقليمية فلمن ترجعالملكية قبل دخول الرومان ثم في العهد الجمهوري و فترة الإمارة وما العلاقة مع هادرومات؟الجزء الأخير يهتم بمآل الجهة خلال الإمبراطورية مع التركيز على أن تنمية هدروماتوم و ترقيتها إلى رتبة مستعمرة أدى أحيانا إلى تردي بعض المدن كانت مزدهرة سابقا. ; This study concerns the extent, boundaries and dating of the central east or Byzacium cadaster in Africa Proconsularis in the vicinity of Hadrumetum. The first part examines the limits of this cadaster, the traces of centuriations in this space thus defined, and discusses the motivation behind and the date of this operation. The second part addresses the very delicate question of ownership and possession of the land in this part of the provincial domain: To whom did these territories belong before the conquest? What did they become under the Republic and the beginning of Principate? What was their relationship with Hadrumetum? The last part examines the future of the region under Empire, suggesting that the development of Hadrumetum and its promotion to the rank of colony would have in a way ‘stifled’ a number of other cities that were previously important. ; Cette étude prolonge nos réflexions sur le cadastre centre-est ou du Byzacium en Afrique proconsulaire. Elle étudie les vestiges bien marqués d’un cadastre dans les environs d’Hadrumetum. La première partie examine les limites de ce cadastre, les traces de centuriations dans cet espace ainsi défini, et s’interroge sur les raisons et la date de cette opération.
