الوصف: The research has been made to ascertain the opinions of the teachers working at secondary education instututions and the students studying at 12 th grade about Education Information Network (EBA) which is a learning object storage and their utilization purposes. The research has been conducted with the participation of 195 teachers working at 6 randomly selected secondary education institutions in Kars city and 452 12 th grade students studying at the schools in 2015-2016academic year. The research has been carried out with the use of scanning model. Data collection tools have been developed by the researcher and to ascertain EBA utilization purposes and the opinions about of the teachers “ A Questionnaire on Utilization Purposes of Education Information Network (EBA) of the Teachers and Opinions About EBA” was in use. To ascertain EBA utilization purposes and the opinions of the students “ A Questionnaire on Utilization Purposes of Education Information Network (EBA) of the Students and Opinions About EBA ” was in use. All the data which were abtained with the questionnaires from the teachers and students who tool part in the research were analyzed with SPSS 18.0 for Windows package program. To compare the medials of the variables, T-test, Oneway ANOVA, Kaiser-Mayer Olkin Test, Barlett Test, hoc-LSD Test, and Corelation analysis have been utilized and the datahave been analyzed at 0,05suggestiveness level. The data that were collected in the section of oersonal information were analyzed as independent variables, and the data that were abtained with questionnaires and sub dimensions were analyzed as dependent variables. When the results of the research are generally viewed, it can be seen that the gereral opinions of the teachers about EBA is “Undecided” . Besides, when the utilization purposes of EBA of the teachers ait is seen that students to EBA to make directing research and making use of the videos, animations, simulations and other visual materials in EBA are in the forefront position.
