| الوصف: | Durante los últimos años se están observando importantes modificaciones en la situación epidemiológica de la enfermedad humana y su carga social. Esta transición se ha dirigido hacia el predominio de las enfermedades no transmisibles (Enfermedad cardiovascular (ECV), cáncer, etc) sobre las enfermedades transmisibles o carenciales. En Colombia la enfermedad cardiovascular continúa siendo la principal causa de morbimortalidad con un alto costo social, económico para el sistema de salud del país. La prevención en esta área es una de las estrategias con más evidencia documentada, puesto que esta patología comienza a desarrollarse con factores presentes desde edades tempranas de la vida ; In recent years, significant changes have been observed in the epidemiological situation of human disease and its social burden. This transition has been directed towards the predominance of non-communicable diseases (cardiovascular disease (CVD), cancer, etc.) over communicable or deficiency diseases. In Colombia, cardiovascular disease continues to be the main cause of morbidity and mortality with a high social and economic cost for the country's health system. Prevention in this area is one of the strategies with the most documented evidence, since this pathology begins to develop with factors present from early ages of life |
