| الوصف: | Ovisnost o psihoaktivnim sredstvima je jedan od značajnih problema suvremene medicine. U Republici Hrvatskoj, osim bolničkog i izvanbolničkog tretmana ovisnika o drogama koji se provodi u zdravstvenom sustavu, provode se i različite mjere psihosocijalnog tretmana u terapijskim zajednicama. Ciljevi liječenja i svi postupci tijekom tretmana moraju biti usmjereni na promjenu odnosa prema društvenim vrijednostima i prema uzimanju droga, pri čemu je u cjelokupnom liječenju važna uloga psihosocijalnog tretmana i intervencija. Stoga je u tretmanu ovisnika, osobito u psihosocijalnom tretmanu, nužan multidisciplinarni pristup radi sveobuhvatnog i što učinkovitijeg liječenja i rehabilitacije te reintegracije liječenih ovisnika u društvenu zajednici. Psihosocijalne intervencije prema osobama koje zloporabe droge su stručno i na praksi utemeljeni postupci usmjereni postizanju društveno prihvatljivog i prilagođenog funkcioniranja te potpori očuvanja zdravlja. U ovom završnom radu autor govori o aspektima upravo navedenog u terapijskoj zajednici. ; Dependence on psychoactive substances is one of the important problems of modern medicine. In Croatia, except for hospital and outpatient treatment of drug addicts which is being implemented in the health system, are conducted and different measures of psychosocial treatment in therapeutic communities. The goals of treatment and all procedures and methods used during treatment must be directed to change the attitude towards social values comparing to the use of drugs. However, in the overall treatment of the important role of psychosocial treatment and intervention. Therefore, in treatment of drug addicts, especially in the psychosocial treatment, a multidisciplinary approach is necessary for a comprehensive and more efficient treatment and rehabilitation and the reintegration of rehabilitated addicts in the community.
