| الوصف: | La presa Francisco I. Madero es una obra hidráulica construida durante la primera mitad del siglo XX en las inmediaciones del pueblo de Huichapan, con el objetivo de regar los campos de cultivo. Para 1956, el presidente municipal solicitó los derechos del agua de la presa justificando que fue construida y donada por el benefactor Manuel González Ponce de León. Este motivo nos impulsa a analizar los conflictos y acuerdos en torno a la primera obra de pequeño riego, inmersa en un proceso de centralización y la creación de una burocracia hidráulica. Las experiencias organizativas que llevaron a cabo la gestión, construcción y operación se identificaron a través del método histórico, resultado de la revisión de fuentes documentales y técnicos procedentes del Archivo Histórico de Agua. Si bien los documentos son de carácter técnico, especialmente de las filtraciones y sumideros, permiten aproximamos a la participación de las asociaciones y los convenios a los que llegaron por el agua en el noroeste del estado de Hidalgo, México. ; The Francisco I. Madero dam is a hydraulic work built during the first half of the 20th century in the vicinity of the town of Huichapan with the aim of irrigating the crop fields. By 1956, the municipal president requested the water rights of the dam, arguing that it was built and donated by the benefactor Manuel González Ponce de León, which prompts us to analyze the conflicts and agreements around the first small irrigation work, that was immersed in a process of centralization and the creation of a hydraulic bureaucracy.The organizational experiences that carried out the management, construction and operation were identified through the historicalmethod, as a result of the review of documentary and technical sources from the Historical Archive of Water.
