| الوصف: | The present study was conducted in order to update the amino acid recommendations for piglets that are published by the foundation Centraal Veevoederbureau (CVB). The amino acid recommendations have not been updated since 1996. Continued genetic improvement, the increased availability of free amino acids and the trend to reduce crude protein levels in piglet diets necessitates the actualization of amino acid recommendations for piglets. A literature review on the amino acid requirements for weaned piglets and subsequent recommendations are presented in this report.---Deze studie werd uitgevoerd om de aminozuuraanbevelingen voor biggen, die door de stichting Centraal Veevoederbureau (CVB) worden gepubliceerd, te actualiseren. De aminozuuraanbevelingen werden sinds 1996 niet meer bijgewerkt. Voortdurende genetische verbetering, de toegenomen beschikbaarheid van vrije aminozuren en de trend om het ruw eiwitgehalte in biggenvoeders te verlagen, maken het noodzakelijk de aminozuuraanbevelingen voor biggen te actualiseren. Een literatuuronderzoek naar de aminozuurbehoeften voor gespeende biggen en de daaruit voortvloeiende aanbevelingen worden in dit verslag weergegeven. |
