У статті йдеться про економіста, кооператора, учасника міжнародного й українського кооперативного руху, професора кількох закордонних і українських вищих шкіл Сергія Васильовича Бородаєвського, який був відомий не тільки як теоретик, історик і практик кредитної кооперації, а й як урядовець у період Української революції 1917–1921 рр. Він брав участь у підготовці договору України з країнами Центрального блоку від 10 вересня 1918 р., був автором проєкту українсько-турецького договору про товарообмін, підписантом від імені Української Держави українсько-грузинського договору та українсько-фінської торговельної угоди. Брав участь у переговорах із представниками країн Антанти щодо налагодження взаємовідносин та представниками Кубанського крайового уряду щодо укладання фінансово-економічної угоди. ; This article is concerned with Serhii V. Borodaievskyi, the economist and cooperator, participant of the international and Ukrainian Cooperative Movement, professor of several international and Ukrainian higher schools. He was reputed not only as the theorist, historian and practitioner of credit co-operation, but also as the government official during the period of the Ukrainian War of Independence, lasting from 1917 to 1921. During the pre-revolutionary period he held senior positions at the ministries of finances, trade and industry, the State Bank of Russia, and central cooperative institutions. He was a member of the international cooperative organizations, participated in the international and the All-Russian cooperative congresses, as well as he was published abroad. After the October Revolution 1917, he returned to Ukraine. He occupied the positions of the Deputy Minister of Trade and Industry and the Chief of the Department for International Trade during the period of the Ukrainian State and the Ukrainian People’s Republic (Directory). In late 1919, S. Borodaievskyi emigrated. He taught economic disciplines at the University of Paris and the International Academy in Brussels. In 1923, he moved to Czechoslovakia. ... |
