| الوصف: | The most important factor contributing to the increase in labor productivity in construction is the introduction of advanced technology and progressive methods of work performance. In this regard, the issues of improving technology, installation equipment and installation methods are the most important for this study. The technology of prefabricated frame house construction is recognized as the most effective in construction, both economically and qualitatively. The essence of the problem considered in the work is the need to develop the technological foundations of frame low-rise construction, which characterizes the problem as scientific and applied one. Solving the problem is carried out on the basis of a systematic approach. It is shown that the technologies of construction of low-rise buildings of various purposes in modern mass construction are determined by their constructive-technological and volume-planning solutions, functional purpose, construction conditions, as well as requirements for ensuring energy conservation of buildings. The author analyzed the features of building construction, the principles of installation work, and the peculiarities of technological solutions used. The concept of a technological system of a frame low-rise residential construction as a complete, open, organized, adaptive structure of heterogeneous components is substantiated from the standpoint of a general system approach. This made it possible to determine the level of autonomy of the system, its organizational structure and functions, measures to improve adaptability, and optimization strategy. ; Найважливішим фактором, що сприяє підвищенню продуктивності праці у будівництві, є впровадження передової технології та прогресивних методів виконання робіт.
