采用酸抽提法分别提取接种S180肉瘤的小鼠肿瘤组织以及肝、脾、肾等器官的组蛋白和正常小鼠相应组织和器官的组蛋白,并采用SDS-PAGE方法进行检测.结果表明,正常小鼠的肝、脾、肾等器官提取的组蛋白在检测中可以看到组蛋白H1的亚带,而接种了S180肉瘤的小鼠的肿瘤组织以及肝、脾、肾等器官的组蛋白在检测中基本无明显的条带.这说明发生在小鼠身上的S180肿瘤组织对小鼠的肝、脾、肾组织中的组蛋白产生一定影响. ; The histone H1 is a kind of alkalescence protein,which plays an important role in the expression of gene.The histones from tumor tissues and liver,spleen,kidney of S180-transplanted mice and the same apparatus and tissues of normal mouse were extracted by acid-extraction and detected by SDS-PAGE electrophoresis.The results showed that histone H1 second-strips were detected obviously from normal mouse' liver,spleen and kidney,but there were not obvious histones from tumor tissues and liver,spleen,kidney of S180-transplanted mice comparatively,which suggest that the tumor tissues of the S180-transplanted mice could affect the histone level of their own apparatus and tissues,such as liver,spleen and kidney. ; 厦门大学细胞生物学和肿瘤细胞工程教育部重点实验室开放基金(2005108)资助 |
