| الوصف: | Grâce au financement du Fonds centralisé pour un milieu de travail habilitant, Services publics et Approvisionnement Canada (SPAC) et le Conseil national de recherches du Canada (CNRC) ont mené un essai pilote d’une nouvelle solution d’éclairage au cours de l’été et de l’automne 2021. L’objectif était de trouver un système d’éclairage qui pourrait répondre à la fois aux besoins des fonctionnaires sensibles à la lumière et à ceux de la population en général. Si elle est concluante, cette nouvelle solution pourrait devenir un moyen d’offrir un environnement inclusif à tous les fonctionnaires, ce qui réduirait le besoin de mesures d’adaptation individuelles. Le rapport décrit le système d'éclairage et le test et fait état des résultats positifs : le nouveau système d'éclairage a permis d'améliorer la qualité de l'éclairage pour les participants sensibles à la lumière et pour la population en général. ; With funding from the Centralized Enabling Workplace Fund, Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC) and the National Research Council of Canada (NRC) conducted a pilot test of a new lighting solution in summer-fall 2021. The goal was to identify a lighting system that might serve the needs of both the community of light-sensitive public servants and the larger general population. If successful, this new solution might become a way to provide an inclusive environment for all public servants, reducing the need for individual accommodations.
