| الوصف: | International audience ; The International Center for Theoretical Physics (ICTP) RegCM4 modelis used to compare the different cumulus and closures parameterizationschemes of AK, EM, GAS and GFC in Central Africa. An evaluation ofthe nested model is presented for the Saharo-sahelian, Sahelian, Soudanianand Equatorial regions. The schemes show a slight shift of the rainbands toward the Soudanian region. The schemes are not identical. AKshows reduced rainfall in the Soudanian. EM and GFC exhibit a drybias during July, August and June-August (JJA) in the common zone ofCameroon, Nigeria and Gulf of Guinea. Striking insufficient of precipitationover the ocean in the Gulf of Guinea due to all the schemes. Theimplementation of the EM and GFC schemes improves the mean seasonalsimulated precipitations and surface temperatures. The EM scheme improveswell in the timing and amplitude of precipitations and surface temperaturesin Central Africa. |
