| الوصف: | La détermination complète de séquences de la petite sous unité de l'ARN ribosomique issus d'isolats de Phytomonas est utilisée pour déterminer la position phylogénique du genre Phytomonas par rapport aux autres trypanosomatides. Les analyses effectuées ont montré que les isolats intraphloémiques associés avec les pathologies des palmiers forment un groupe homogène qui diffère du groupe plus hétérogène des isolats non pathogènes trouvés dans les plantes à latex |
